What is the difference between File Name and SKU?
File Name should contain only the following: [Brand Name]-[Design Name]-[Color of Shirt]. SKU should contain an additional criteria which is [Size]. e.g [Brand Name]-[Design Name]-[Size]-[Color of Shirt].
- File name will help our operators define from which brand the order came from with ease. SKU will help our operators in stock keeping.
Why is it important to have a 300 dpi design?
To avoid pixelation of print outputs and to maintain the quality of our prints, it is necessary to have a high dpi image.
I’m using Canva, how do I achieve a design with 300 dpi?
It is recommended to have Canva Pro to achieve 300 dpi designs. We provided a guide on our website under Additional Resources.
